Full Coaching Program with In Person Training Pricing 

All sessions are a full hour. 

1 Hour Introductory Session and Assessment Completely Free!

 

Two times a week $65 a session

$260 Bi Weekly +$65 commitment fee

Pay 1 month in advance it’s $60 a session

I believe everyone should commit to 12 weeks of training regardless of where they are starting so with 12 weeks paid in full you will receive the highest discount.

 

All packages include full meal plan, full accountability from me as your coach. Positive habit forming to help make this journey a lifestyle and FUN, and access to my app for off day workouts. I’m also working on building my online group of other girls just like you who currently train with me. 

 

Full VIRTUAL training done completely through my app, no in person training is $250 for the month. Which still includes accountability, meal plans, and habit forming. You just follow the customized fitness plan which includes full HD videos on how to do the workouts inside my app.

 

Partnered training is also available which will be half the full cost added on to the price and you both can split it. So you basically will get 25% off additionally if you sign up with a friend. Sign up with 3 Friends and receive 50% off!

2x a week: I believe this is for someone who is either already active and wants a little extra push; or for someone who is completely new, doesn’t have any set physical goals and just wants to start adding fitness to their life.

 

3x a week: Perfect for anyone who wants to either lose weight or build muscle but does not have a strict amount of time to complete their goal.

 

4x a week. This is for someone wanted to lose weight or gain muscle in a specific amount of time. With me having full control of your workouts and seeing you on a frequent basis, you have a much higher chance of reaching your goals quicker.
